You do not realise how important a good Owners Corporation manager is until you have a bad one. After years of putting up with a lack of understanding and effort that caused stress among owners and tenants, and with property not cared for, we had to get rid of the previous OC manager. We now have an understanding OC manager from Impact Strata Management, who shows empathy, patience, honesty and willingness to work hard. He has excellent knowledge of the Owners Corporation Act, rules, conduct of ballots, meetings, including AGM. We now save on insurance and have premises that are kept well. Street lighting, security, landscaping and car parks were upgraded right away.
